On any product, your order can be cancelled any time prior the confirmation form and manufacturing. If your order has not yet passed on to production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied.
Your Products are immediately processed after the confirmation. After we don’t allow any order cancellation on Custom Products.
However, If an item has already begun production, and you want to cancel. You will be notified of charged compensation.
Shipping & Turnaround Policy
We provide quality product within the time frames indicated by you. We guarantee speedy and quality production with the turnaround time mentioned in the agreement form. Depending on the project size, the manufacturing turnaround time can vary.
Personalized and Custom items are thoroughly discussed and upon confirmation we ensure that you’ll get exactly what you ordered.
If there are a slight difference between the confirmed design and the arrived product, we will use reasonable efforts to change for no additional charges.
Not edited Our return policy falls into two categories depending on the nature of the product. Stock signs are signs that can be returned to the shelf for resale to another customer. Custom made signs or special order items are non-returnable. The policy can be found on the Returns Tab found on each product page.
